Anna Groden is the art consultant, dealer and valuer behind A.N.G. Art Consulting, a company she established in 2005 after many years in the art industry. A.N.G. Art Consulting specialises in the sale, procurement and valuation of Australian, Aboriginal and International paintings, works on paper, sculpture and photography.

Anna has a Masters Degree in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art, London and a Bachelor of Arts/Honours Degree in Art History and Psychology from the University of Sydney. She has an extensive background in the auction industry, commercial galleries and public museums, both in Australia and the UK.

This outstanding, resonant artwork is the first Nolan ever painted of Leda and the Swan. Dated 1945, this truly iconic painting inspired a much loved series, revisited throughout Nolan's career. With an impeccable provenance, it remained in the Private Collection of the Nolan family until it was eventually sold by Lady Mary Nolan some 65 years after it was painted.
